    Reach out through our Reserve page to check availability and tell us about your event. We’ll get back to you quickly to confirm the details.

  2. Customize Your Menu

    We work with you to customize your drink menu — beer, wine, cocktails, or a mix of all three — to perfectly match your event theme and guest preferences.

  3. We Show Up & Pour

    On the day of your event, we arrive, set up the trailer, and handle everything behind the bar so you can relax and enjoy your celebration.

  • We are based in McMinnville and serve the surrounding region. We are happy to travel to your venue, but there may be travel fees for further locations. Contact us to confirm.

  • We offer both options depending on local licensing. We can handle alcohol procurement in many areas, or work as a service-only bar if you prefer to supply your own. We’ll walk you through what works best for your event.

  • We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for weddings and peak season events. That said, don’t hesitate to reach out even on short notice — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

  • Every booking includes trailer setup and breakdown, a professional bartender, all serving equipment, and a customized drink menu. Additional services like custom glassware, décor, or any other personalized touches can be arranged. Get in touch and we can discuss options.

  • Absolutely! The Wandering Tap is built for outdoor events — weddings, backyard parties, festivals, and more. As long as there’s reasonable access for the trailer, we can make it work. Reach out to discuss your venue setup.
